Have A Back-Up Plan
Every spring my wife, Leslie, myself and two other couples, Dusty and Vicki Sprague, Ben and Sue Estes, meet at different locations in Florida for a freshwater flyfishing outing. This year it was on the St. Johns river at Hontoon Landing Resort.
Our main target species was Largemouth Bass. After flyfishing for Bass for two days with only Longnose Gar to show for our efforts we switch our gear to panfish. Immediate Gratification !!! We began to pickup some very healthy bluegill, also a couple of crappie.

So remember, always have a back-up plan in case your target species does not cooperate.
